Sleek, hypnotically simple ambiance the opposite of the flavor amalgamation going on in the kitchen. Ladies' Night Thursdays, live DJ's Fridays and Saturdays, and a tasting menu to ensure that the whole fusion thing will be unfused. Carnivores and raw-aficionados alike will be satisfied. Chris Yeo, current owner, operator and ex-hairdresser, must have done a killer up-do.
