From the hand of Atlanta restaurateur Tom Catherall, this sexy tri-level establishment offers steak, seafood and sushi. Happily, the place manages to be not quite as noisy as some of his other restaurants, so table conversation is a pleasure. We think the stand-out steak is the bone-in Kansas City strip, a 16-ounce humdinger that packs a lot of flavor thanks to the bone. Order it medium rare....
