Exceptional Service and Products:
I've used Stuarts Audio multiple times over the last 15 years. The products are great, but more important, the service is exceptional. I was prompted to write by seeing a bad review on this site which is completely at odds with my very positive personal experience.

I have worked primarily with Jim who is very knowledgeable and always happy to give advice.

At Stuarts, they have never pushed me to spend more money. To the contrary, they have often suggested less expensive options, or ways to put off buying something new.

Jim has frequently given free advice on issues with my home theater system even when I am not buying something.

In short, the results achieved with their help are great, and the service has been exceptional.

Perfection -- GREAT Service and Products:
I've used Stuarts Audio several times. The end results are nothing short of spectacular and I highly recommend them. I used them for indoor and outdoor speakers as well as full stereo/receiver/tv installation. The installations were perfect and everyone we interacted with was extremely professional and courteous. Call and ask for Jim - he knows everything there is about the equipment and will make sure you get exactly what you need.

Be afraid, be very afraid.
I bought several pieces of equipment from Stuarts. When they didn’t work they wouldn’t send someone out to fix it. Eventually, they wanted to charge me, a lot, to fix what they installed badly and got mad at me when their stuff just didn’t work. They refused to give me my money back for useless accessories. For example, they insisted, when I bought expensive equipment, that I use items like “power surge protectors” which they sold me. Later, I read the instructions which said “ under no conditions use power surge protectors.” In the end the only solution offered was to trade in (not return) everything I bought and buy new stuff from them at high prices. They were rude and insulting. I went elsewhere and boy am I happy I did.

Not always a Dream, but a Nightmare?:
As owner of a small downtown business that has survived 50yrs on word of mouth referrals my door/phone is always open. As I have not received a call from you, I question how dissatisfied could you really be? How much of a Nightmare? Feel free to call me and discuss.
