I just became established w/this group and I was seeing a specialist for a consult only to see someone else w/in the same practice. I called to confirm my appointment today because I had one time in my phone & another in my datebook. Well, they confirmed the datebook time but told me they had the time, which was earlier, of the other time & asked if I wanted it. I asked if someone cancelled & they said "yes". I got there fifteen minutes before the new time they gave me, another patient came in to check in w/in one minute of the same appointment time w/the same dr. They called her FIRST!!!! I got up & spoke my mind loud & clear for the waiting area to hear. It's a conveyor belt practice w/o any care for the pt & their time. I will never go there again or recommend it to ANYONE!! The day I got my teeth cleaned I was there for TWO hours and the parking cost $4.00!!!! Highway robbery!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE UNLESS YOU HAVE A TON OF TIME TO WASTE!!!!
