I went to Lauri at Sumblime for highlights. She told me she needed to "break my base" and proceeded to bleach all of my roots for some reason. I walked in a brunette and walked out a freakshow with orange yellow roots and my hair breaking off. She kept telling me the lights in the salon were really gold and sold me a $22 bottle of shampoo to tone it. When I saw it in regular light and called back she told me she expected me to call-so why did she send me out of the salon like that? I highly recommend you avoid this place.
