I used this company for a septic inspection for a house I was in the process of buying. The two guys who did the inital inspection were awesome, knowledgable and really friendly. Report came back that we needed a follow up inspection and they recomended a another professional at Suburban Sanitation to do this.

Unfortunately, I will not remain a customer of Suburban Sanitation, after a phone call from the guy who was going to do the follow up inspection. I was on my cell phone walking with my son, the reception was not that great. During the conversation, I guess he thought I cut him off in the conversation. He then says. "You cut me off again, I am going to get really angry." He then told me that I kept cutting him off. I was not aware of cutting him off in the conversation, regardless, even if I was cutting him off, the lack of professionalism he demonstrated during this phone conversation was staggering. There is no way I would work with someone who treated a customer in such a way and thus I will be looking elsewhere for my septic needs.
