Du-par's opened at the L.A. Farmer's Market in 1938, pushing buttermilk hotcakes, club sandwiches and pies - oh, the pies! Here in Vegas, vintage-styled decor and pleasant waitresses in pointy caps and ruffled aprons add to the old-school menu. Unfussy, unpretentious, perhaps a little un-Vegas - in a good way.
