Poor Service Start to Unfinished:
Suddenlink failed to provide the installation requested. Their service never worked the way is was supposed to. After three days of no service they made we wait for a tech. When I was done and wanted my money back they asked for cash but could only provide a check in 4 to six weeks. They do not seem to have an understanding of customer service or genuine desire to serve. Do yourself a favor and go Direct TV with Centrylink. They have local offices that want to deal with you and real people to talk to.
