Created by new Mom, Lisa Akey, Sugar Baby is the rock and roll, glam way to dress the kiddies. Punk rock kid clothes make for euphoric buyers. Just over the soft music are the constant sounds of swooning. The store is kid friendly but thankfully it's not overrun by them.
