customer service:
Price was Great.
Three weeks after I had the carpet installed I could see all the seems. I called to talk to someone about this and was told the don't guarantee the seams, He asked was it coming apart, if not what's the problem(the seams are showing) Wow.
You would think they would have at leased offered to send someone out to look at the problem. Poor customer service.
I have made many purchases from Sullivans but this will indeed be my last.

Terrible customer service!!:
After standing there for 15 minutes, I had 2 sales associates look me in my eyes, walk right past me, and not even acknowledge that I was there. I would be absolutely fine had someone said "I'm with another customer, but I'll be with you as soon as possible." I wasn't in a hurry, I would've waited just for that small courtesy. I walked out. It's their loss, I need carpet for a 1920 sq ft home. I'd rather pay more money to someone who knows how to treat customers. Perhaps they didn't want my business in the first place.
