Julia Allen was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. She graduated from Tulane University from the Freeman School of Business with a BSM in Finance. Julia fell in love with Charleston on one of the many visits to the city with her family. She decided to make the move to the Holy City permanent in 2003. Before opening Bottles 'n Brushes, Julia was a real estate appraiser for Atlantic Appraisals....
