Smart Legal group advising Billing to get copays on well visits:
Absolutely the worst. Once this group swallowed up our family practice the service has been one of the worst. They have smart lawyers advising them and have figured out a way to make money out of well visit appointments that insurance and my employer says should not have a copay. They send you a questionnaire and have you run bloodwork and if you have indicated or the bloodwork shows you have a deficiency they code it as such and immediately billing charges you the copay. So WATCH OUT they skirt on the grey side of the law and will find a way to get to your wallet. Horrible place and the billing department has been taught the script by their well paid legal dept...trying to get out of this network

Love it.:
We have been going for routine things for years. And then I got "the" diagnoses. To make a long story very short, having everything in one place has been so practical, but even more important, every doctor involved has followed up, called to see how I am, had their offices arrange the next procedure or surgery. Doctors who are out of it now that the diagnoses is our of their specialty call just to offer support. I cannot think of any reason to give this practice a negative rating (billing aside. But I just refuse to pay anything until they send me a clear, concise and accurate bill. I'll put up with that because the care is so exemplary.)
