Horrible experience:
The absolute worst experience I have ever encountered with any time of doctor or dentist office. First and foremost, the location in Clinton Township had HORRIBLE customer service. I took my girlfriend to have her wisdom teeth removed, and the ladies in the office we're not very welcoming towards my girlfriend's nervousness. She was very nervous going in and the staff were not very sympathetic towards this.
After the procedure, my girlfriend was brought to the recovery room before we could leave. The nurse seemed like she did not want to be there and seemed very impatient with my girlfriend who was groggy after the procedure (just like EVERYONE else). At one point, one of the nurses rolled her eyes after my girlfriend was asking her questions.
When she was finally ready to walk, we were told where the door was, and did not receive any assistance with walking to the car, or anything at all!!!
We had some health concerns with my girlfriend after the procedure, and made a couple calls to the on-call doctor. We were actually able to speak with the oral surgeon that performed the surgery. My girlfriend had a twitch since the surgery, and when we let the surgeon know about this, he had the nerves to tell us that he has seen this before and that she is doing this for attention and she needs to calm it. He was VERY unprofessional, was not classy what so ever and made NO attempt to worry about our needs to help HIS patient! We let him know that if something was wrong with him, we would take legal action. He responded by saying "Go ahead and try, it has nothing to do with them so try if you want". We let him know that the staff were unfriendly and he even said that they would not do that and didn't even own up or take initiation and say that he would talk to them.
Anyways, I DO NOT recommend anyone to this facility. Dr. Jeffrey A. Osguthorpe is the most unprofessional person we have ever dealt with!
