No Way:
We have been using this kennel for years. Never had a bad experience even though the Manager can be a little curt. Recently, we had a terrible experience with the Manager of the Kennel. Our baby was older and when he would not take his arthritis medication, she freaked out. I was never been treated in such an unprofessional and rude way in my life. I worked for as a Manager in a Customer Service Center and I never experienced anything like this treatment. You put your baby in a kennel when you go on vacation. You trust they will take care of them properly and treat you as a person. It was a horrible experience and in my opinion I would not board an older dog at this kennel. He was fine when we dropped him off. And we also had our Vet call her to see if there was something else that could be done. He told her our baby should be fine without the medication for a couple of days. Maybe he was sick and it did not present itself until we boarded him. I would hope in that situation, the Manager would be a little more sympathetic to the customer since we were not in the area and we were anxious as it was just putting him in a kennel in the first place.
