The contractor left the kitchen garbage bags with heavy loads of rotten leaves, so I had to purchase contractors bags, transfer the leaves as the bags could not support the weight of the material and look for alternative disposal options.

One of the downpours immediately clogged again after service, so it was not well tested.

Emails and calls were left unanswered for a month when a problem with a gutter was spotted.
