Sunrise of Jackson is a poorly run facility. The quality of life for the residents is poor. The care givers are poorly trained and the turn around in staff from the top to the bottom is like a revolving door. The caregivers treat the residents with no respect, they don't care what the resident thinks or feels. When the perimeter doors are locked at 8:00 the caregivers mysteriously disappear. They do not take into account the reasons why these seniors are living there. The caregivers can be spiteful and mean at times. There is no management running the facility overnight which allows the caregivers to pretty much do anything they want. The food is horrible, the rooms are not kept clean, and valuables have been stolen . I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
