OVER 3 months since my accident. Call backs weekly results in excuses of "Still waiting for two parts. . ."

When told that my car will be ready after 4:30pm. I decided to go the next day at 4:30pm to give them an additional 24hrs.

Get to the place and made me wait while they retrieve my case file (which I could see them shuffling around trying to look for it.)

After about 20 minutes a gentleman tells me that he cannot release my vehile because they need to do an alignment. After 3 months. I thought it was ready?? So I told them to call me the next day and give me the status. Guess what? No call. . . . .Thanks Angel and Feddie you have excellent Customer Service. . .NOT!!!!!

I have driven by Sunset Auto a few times and noticed mostly MBZ,BMW and other high end super cars. I knew that if these guys are working on high end cars they don't mess around and are trusted in the business. My car got rear ended on a road trip and I decided to take it to Sunset Auto to see what kind of quote I would get. I have owned many cars and know that most auto repair shops rarely pay attention to details. Anyways, Eddie and Freddy were very friendly and very knowledgeable about my MBZ. Freddy gave me a better quote than the insurance place. When I got my car back it was flawless. Perfect paint ! The car was very clean and there was no residues left from the sanding or painting. This company deserves its 5 stars.Highly recommended auto body shop

My car recently was rear-ended and, as I'm rather newly back in LA, I didn't know quite where to take it for repairs. A friend suggested your company - and I had the good fortune to be put in contact with Kent when I first walked in. I simply can't say enough good things about him and his service. He was SO helpful, (especially when it came to his advice regarding my dealings with the other driver's insurance company), so professional, knowledgable, always on top of everything and, finally, just truly so nice. What could have been, (and, let's face it, usually is), the rather aggravating chore of getting my car repaired became a pleasure. I picked my car up yesterday - as promised, right on time - and it looks terrific.

I just want to let you know how impressed I was with everything, and that I will absolutely recommend Sunset Auto Crafters whenever anyone I know needs auto body work done. Truly, my experience could not have been better.
