Poor Business - Cheated my family:
Beware this company has poor business practices. The General Manager would not allow me to bury my mother when she passed away. Even though my parents paid in full for the plot and other items. They were not professional and I was told that I had to find my 1/2 sister to get her to give the ok. Which doesn't make sense to mebecause of the will which is filed in King County And my sister was not part of my parents life for over 10 years. But the will specifically gave me power as the executor to handle all of her estate. Her plot is part of the estate. My parents who have both passed on. In both of their wills it named me as the Executor. I have filled the wills with King County. Sunset Hill's does not care about the will. I was told by the manager Ellen that unless the will specifically stated anything about the plot I could not use it or do anything with it. I found out that this plot is worth $25,000. My parents bought it in 1976 and paid in full but I can't do anything with it. Something seems wrong here. My question is have they already sold and buried someone in my parents plot. This whole thing seems like a scam. Beware they do not care about family or your time of need. Poor poor business practices and no professionalism!
