I moved into Sunset Ridge about 6 months ago. I have two small children and I love all the grass that is just right outside my door for them to play on. I often sit on my patio and just watch them play. The staff has always been really nice to me. I have had some maintenance issues with my apartment and once I think they forgot about me. But, they finally came and the guy was apologetic and smiled a lot and got the job done quickly. I work in San Fernando Valley and being so close to the freeway access has been really great, especially if I am running a little late. I met the manager, Michelle, a few times and she is so nice. I love living here. The price was great and the low cost to move in was so low, I was able to buy my two kids a nice bedroom set! I would recommend this place for any decent person out there that wants a nice place to live!
