Very bad experience with these guys on two separate occasions. I initially took my car to this place for window tinting. Hamid the owner quoted me a fair price for the tinting over the phone and a few days later I took my car in for the work to be done. By the time they had finished, the price of the tinting had skyrocketed to a much more expensive price. When confronted with why the price had changed, Hamid denied quoting me the original, less expensive price, and declared that he would never tint a car for (the original price he gave me) as that was just “ridiculous.” Thinking that it was my error (despite having written down his original quote when he gave it to me) I paid the more expensive price and went on my way. Some months later I phoned Hamid again to get a price on installing an alarm system. Hamid quoted me a reasonable price over the phone and I booked my car in for the alarm installation the following week. A day before I was to take my car in, I phoned Hamid to recap that I was bringing my car in and that it was going to cost me the price that he had quoted me only a few days earlier. To my disbelief, this guy quoted me a much more expensive price for the alarm installation. When I asked him why he was now quoting me a more expensive price, he denied ever telling me he'd quoted me the cheaper price in the first place and proceeded to yell down the phone that he had been in business for 20-something years and that he would not make such errors with his quotes. He then went on to accuse me of putting words in his mouth (about his original quote price) DESPITE it being written down on a note pad in front of me from our conversation only days before. Obviously I did not take my car back to this pirate. My advice: save yourself the trouble of getting mislead and ripped off. Take your car to a reputable business. This guy is as dishonest as they come.
