I went to the store on the Austin Hwy. Took a pair of 5-year-old wool pants that had been dry cleaned many times without problem. Super Cleaners shrank the wool so the lining is hanging out about 2" and they said it was a fabric defect. Refused to reimburse for the cleaning much less the cost of the pants.
