Rude:

I went to them for acrylic nails. A few months later I decided I no longer wanted them. They did not want to take them off, even thought they'd make $10 from me by doing so. They tried to convince me to keep them, then when I finally got the guy to take them off, he just started ripping them off without soaking them at all! It caused a lot of pain for weeks and I will NEVER go back there.
