Super Shuttle

For pick up the driver was late, then asked for directions to the freeway. The beltway was an hour faster but the driver wouldn't take it even though he was late because he didn't want to pay to pass through 2 toll gates. The way back was worse. We waited for an hour just to get a shuttle, and it had 9 people in it. It was 2 hours to get home even though we were closest to the airport at 30 minutes away. We were dropped off next to last. The driver drove off with my bag before I could get the other two into the house. I called the service right away and told them so they could get him to turn around. They did nothing. I called again and they told me after ten minutes it was too late the driver was tired blah blah blah I would have to pay them to bring me the bag they drove off with. It had all of my wife's medications in it as well. My other option was to drive all the way to the airport and pick up my bag. Don't even consider using this service unless you are desperate, stupid or have time and money to burn. Never again. NEVER.
