Truly Bad Experience-lack of skills:
Unfortunately, I read the reviews but DID not get a good haircut. Despite specifically stating what I wanted, and not want, including showing a picture to someone called Suky, she did not get one thing right. My layered hair (which I wanted shortened but layered) was cut into one length in a choppy manner, much shorter than the one-iinch which I asked for, my fringe was totally destroyed leaving me with short strands that hang limply on my forehead (I do lots of exercizing and I told her I needed to wear a pony tail on most days so I needed to KEEP my fringe long enough to be pulled back, or at least pushed behind my ears). Well, they got hecked off. I was then told by her that I could use a 'clip' to hold it back. I hate my haircut, can't wait for it to grow back. I would not recommend anyone wanting anything more than a simple clip to use this place. Their skills are minimum and the amount of time they spend listening is zero. I think it is because they cannot communicate in english properly, words like 'keep the fringe', 'no more than one inch off the ends', and 'layered' appeared to fall in deaf ears . You can check out and decide for yourself. I think they do men and kids a lot better. Overall experience: 1/5, overall quality of cut/skills exhibited by staff: 0/5, value of money: 0/5. No matter how much they charge, they should at least have minimum skills to do a simple layered cut. If not, they can look at the picture and say they cannot do it. Honesty is best. Anyway, I felt seriously depressed for weeks. Try going somewhere else if you're looking for a decent haircut. Greatest regret of my life, walking into the shop on that day!
