STAY AWAY! This place represents the absolute WORST thing a business can be!
It seemed like a good neighborhood place -- I'd been looking forward to going there and keeping some business local but when I finally got to speak someone, I was shocked at how horribly I was treated. I arrived prepared with photos and measurements for a 90 degree tub enclosure and was wondering if they could give me a "ballpark" estimate.
The owner/manager came out and before even looking at the info, looked at me and said $1500. I thought that was high so I asked what the breakdown was for labor v materials. [Was it the glass that was expensive or the installation?] His already bad demeanor got immediately worse and he told me that was none of my business because I'm not a "glass guy". Since when is it unreasonable to ask for the breakdown of parts and labor?? I said I was just wondering and he didn't need to be so rude or have an attitude with a potential customer (I have 2 bathrooms to do this week) at which point he got irate and told me to get out of his store. He was actually still verbally assaulting me as I walked out. I left wanting to break a window! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!
