I just got my coffee mugs from cooper and clement. They look great! The customer service went above and beyond what can be expected to help me out!
DO NOT do business with them.:
They sell under the company name "MugMart" and are absolutely terrible. They act like they're entitled to your business instead of treating you like they realize that without customers, they're not a business.
They're completely unresponsive, do not honor the timelines they say they'll meet, refuse to stand behind their product, and refuse to give you a phone number when you ask to speak to them. But don't worry, I found it online through business registration: 1 - 800 - 346 - 5289.
They're not helpful over the phone either but you can at least push for a straight answer.
