They came recommended by a fellow at an auto parts store I regularly frequent. With an older car with a lot of mileage, I try to take good care of it. I took my car to them and they and it for a month. Not once did they call me, I had to call them for every bit of information. Then I get it back and it STILL won't start -- take it back. They have it another two weeks and at the end of they say "We don't know what the problem is, bring it back if it gets worse. Oh, it won't strand you anywhere." Next thing I know I AM stranded, and I take it to another mechanic who figures out the issue within a day. It's an issue Supreme caused. I called Supreme back and they basically told me I was an idiot, and that I should have brought it back to them. I informed them I couldn't afford another month without my car. So they couldn't figure out the problem, took them six weeks, and never once called me (even after I was told repeatedly they would). Id say I'm justified in my opinion that they are slow, incompetent and have terrible customer service. I hope no one else gets screwed over by these people. Sure, their prices are good -- except when you take into account six weeks of a car rental. They openly TOLD me that four of those six weeks they had my car absolutely nothing was being done to it -- a MONTH where they had my car and didn't look at it. NEVER go to them.
