Surfas

Surfas is a busy cafe and restaurant supply store in the Culver City business district selling professional supplies and gourmet food for students of the craft, and in bulk to hotels and other businesses. The cafe serves a breakfast and lunch menu of sandwiches, burgers and salads. There is outdoor seating on the pleasant and charming patio.

At the end of one of the food rows is a vinegar and olive oil testing sample station, stocked with bottle after bottle of different flavors and types of oils and vinegars, little paper cups in which to pour them and bread to sop up your choice.
