I purchased my wedding gown and the flower girl dress and am very satisfied with Sussy's Bride and Formals friendly and fast service. The prices are also very reasonable. I was reffered to them by my friend and i am extremly happy i went to them.

Gayaneh, the store owner, charged me double for my dress and lied to me, saying I had to pay for it in full before the factory would deliver it. She charged me $1100 for a Mary's Bridal gown - which I later discovered costs the vendor under $400. I found a wonderful lady in North Hills (Estella 818-893-1333) who sells the dress for $500. The same exact dress.

Also, when I was unhappy with the way I looked in the dress, Gayaneh said that I wear "too much black" in my daily life, so, naturally, I would think the white dress made me look fat! Just what a bride wants to hear. Bottom line: once she got her money, she didn't care at all about her customer's happiness. Sussy's Bridal is the worst bridal shop I've ever been to.

I ended up buying a gorgeous dress from Estella which fit me like a glove and made me look super slender! Please don't reward this awful shop with your business!
