Swartz's Roofing And Remodeling

Our roofing job was done well after damage from a storm. However, Tony charged us for a piece of wood to be replaced at a corner, and said he was having someone make it to match the original. We have called, left messages, etc for over one year and he still has not produced this piece for us. He certainly took the payment. We cannot believe he doesn't even have the class, decency or business sense to return our call. It's awful. Has been a year and a half since the original job was done.

I am a business owner and own a building in Lewisburg. I had Tony Swartz put a rubber roof on my building in 2005. He has been back numerous times to "coat" the roof. I have a receipt from Tony stating that it IS a rubber roof. I have had numerous problems and just had two different roofer contractors ( reputable roofers with 30 years experience each) tell me that it IS NOT A RUBBER ROOF & there are places that no flashing was placed and there are spaces on the side where you can stick your hand in (water seeps down in these areas causing rot!). I even had an area on the side with a separate small portion of roof that caved in and when he finally came he stated that he did not "do" that part of the roof because I didn't tell him to!!!The roof also sinks in the middle!!! Tony Swartz is not reputable. I have called him to come to look at my roof, and he doesn't show up. This happened three times! I will not ever endorse this business.
