Owner Hangs Up On Customers After Receiving Ugly Cake:
Do not buy a cake from this bakery. They charge $70+ for custom work and do not produce what you ask. Their cakes are UGLY UGLY UGLY and when you try to discuss with the owner (who decorates the cakes) why it did not turn out like you asked, he says it's just a cake and that you eat it. Horrible customer service, ugly overpriced cakes... UGLY UGLY UGLY - Pick N Saves cakes are much cheaper and much prettier than these cakes. Plus when you ask the ladies for an ingriedient list because of food allergies they have NO IDEA what they put into their cakes. Do not waste your time or money or you will be crying over a waste of money. Try Simma's in Wauwatosa, they have NEVER been a disapointment.
