Poor Treatment of the Elderly:
This place is very nice to look at, cute little cottages however, the staff on board treats the residents rudely and with indifference. Harassment and discrimination run rampant within the compounds if a resident does not "fit the mold" of a model renter. My mother has been on their radar for some time. Her place is a bit cluttered but she is clean. They have been on her to keep it spotless repeatedly, issuing her citations when they see too many newspapers on her kitchen table. She is frail, this upsets her greatly every time, and she often experiences an asthma attack after these kinds of confrontations. I often spend much time trying to calm her down because they frighten her. You can expect your parent to go through this kind of harassment if you let them move into 161 Sycamore Place.
