They damage your car!:
Do NOT PARK HERE UNLESS you want your car damaged periodically over the course of months. They are rated F by the BBB.

We were monthly parkers at the Forest Hills location run by Sylvan. We occasionally noticed dents or dings here or there but our car is 3 years old and we ignored it. Then one day, we got a noticeable dent high on the side door. We claimed with the attendants and then the main office. They denied all liability. "We didn't do it. " That's all they could say. So after 3 months of ignoring our calls and dragging this along, we filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Dept. of Consumer Affairs. The week that they sent notices to Sylvan, our car's grille was totally destroyed. This was obviously intentional given the timing. We didn't even bother claiming with these t@!%s. We immediately called our insurance company. They pursued them after paying for the damage. After several weeks, we noticed our car's headlight was damaged and the fender was cracked. Then our leather seats were stained by a blue coat belonging to the attendants. We are currently pursuing legal recourse against these creeps.

We stayed with them because they were $70 cheaper/month than any garage nearby. We figured they couldn't cause $840 of damage or more per year to justify the higher cost. But they did. Our damages estimated to about $2200. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THEM. They are all run by the same company that refuses to even acknowledge when they damage your car.

There are other horror stories online about these people. Like the woman who drove her car in for a few hours and her axle was cracked and her car undriveable when she went to pick it up. As usual, they said "We didn't do it" and "You have to move your car out of here now. "
