1st and last time I will go there:
The 1st thing was they made me 2 appointments in the same day and called me for reminders on both.
I called to see which appointment was the real one and she couldn't find me in the computer after many tries and much time. I later found out that they had my name misspelled and had my birth date wrong. Then when I checked in, the girl was quite unfriendly.
I did get taken back in a timely manner and the nurse was very nice. The doctor came in and told me that I needed a cortisone shot in the shoulder. I've heard that they can be painful so I asked him if it was gonna be bad. He replied, "Not bad at all". So I decided to have it done. I cannot even describe the pain from that shot and I nearly passed out. He told me if it is going to work that I would feel relief in 3 days. A week had come and gone and the pain was no better. I lost the trust of my doctor because of his lying and called to see if I could do my follow up with another one of their doctors and she told me yes. The next morning, I got a call from another nurse saying the the new doctor said that he agrees with the previous doctors' findings and he won't see me for a 2nd opinion. I told her that I never asked for a 2nd opinion, just a follow up with a new doctor to see which direction to go in next. She was very cold and told me that the shot takes 8 weeks to work when I was told 3 days. I've never seen a place run in this manner. I totally felt abandoned by them and didn't know what to do next. I was given no instructions for anything. He never sent me or mri or cat scan. He told me that with the Xray, he cant see behind stones to see if there's a tear. I decided to go to another place and when I got the records to transfer to them, I was quite shocked at how many things were written that never took place. Example: I told her of all the side effects of the shot. He told me NOTHING and I was scared to death when I started passing out (I have sugar). I should have known something when I saw the ammonia strips taped to the wall for people who pass out.
This is a couple months later and I never got any better and it still bothers me all that happened with this doctor. The reviews of the new doctor that I'll be seeing look very favorable.

Disappointed:
I went here today and was disappointed. Did xrays, the dr said I had arthritis and thats it. He would not help me with the pain.
