POOR Customer Service:
My first order with SZCO will be my last. Over half my order 17 pieces to be exact were not in my package, after contacting SZCO they asked if the package appeared damaged. After further inspection the bottom of the box was repaired with tape by the USPS and stamped with Sorry USPS and the location of where the damage was repaired. It has been over a month since I placed my order and SZCO refuses to replace the missing items or give me a refund until their claim with the USPS is resolved. Really? I find this to be POOR Customer Service and will never order from them again. Why make a customer suffer with something he or she has no control over, they have my money and I would assume the items to replace what is missing.
