Ordered a jacket. Told me I could expect my product the following week. I called the next week and asked about the status and they told me it would be a week to another 10 days. I mentioned that the associate told me I would have it this week and they denied it and when I asked them when it would be done, he said, "it'll be done when they get to it"! At that point, I knew what kind of people I was dealing with and cancelled the order. They told me I would have to come in and give them my credit card in person to get a refund. I did so, and both the owners were there. The associate kept making a point of saying "I'm sorry we couldn't do it fast enough for you", until finally I said that the issue wasn't that they couldn't do it fast enought for me, the issue was the way he treated me on the phone, hanging up on me and provided me with terrible customer service. Then the owners both spoke up and told me to never come in the store again, that I wasn't a nice person...and on top of that, the owner made a sarcastic remark to me about my hair!!!! Unbelievable!!! But I should've known better because two businesses had already warned me that they had very similar occurrences with this particular company.
