T Wallace Blacktopping

I could have lived with the lack of customer service, if the quality was right. Mike Wallace rarely answers his office phone or his cell phone. I literally went one and a half weeks with no call back from T Wallace blacktopping, I was unable to leave a message on the office phone or Mike Wallace's cell phone as the memory on both were full. The quality of the work is horrible, there are several low spots, its wavy and already coming apart in places (after 5 days). His idea of fixing it, is to heat it with a torch and roll it with a hand roller. I will be taking T Wallace blacktopping to court.
