Excellent for self confidence and focus!:

When my daughter Christina started training at Tiger Rock Academy 2 years ago she had difficulty paying attention and lacked confidence in herself. During this time the instructors have really helped her set and achieve goals. I am thrilled at the improvement that she has shown in focusing and how much more confident she is. She really believes in herself and that she can accomplish anything that she sets her mind to doing.
