Agreed with R Ceasar on #4:
I couldn't have said it better myself. The best employees are Krisstpher(such a unique spelling, took me long enough to spell it right), Sheila and Terry. There are some employees who just don't care about the donors, or jobs(The donors) they only care about a paycheck. But I've grown to love some more of the staff, they're trying their best. If you do happen to go there, bring a book, drink plenty of water and eat a least a few hours before going and right after you finish. At first I didn't see why they wanted you to do that, but it helps replenish what you're donating. If, I knew all of the employees names, I would tell you about each one of them.

However, I can tell you about who I know as a staff member and who I can say would be a good friend.

(Front staff)

Sheila - Bright eyed, always smiling, friendly and happy.

Kriss - OMG, he is super silly, smart, always energized, handsome, and he has pretty hair. I would date him. Oh and he definitely has the cutest dimples and a smile to die for, with fangs. Such a turn on.

Trina - seems a little slow at times, doesn't really have a speed button, long and beautiful hair. Nice at time

Lana - Makeup lover, piercings, pretty.....kind of mean at times, but overall, she's a nice person to know.

Trenese - Mean, attitude at 80% of the times, doesn't take her job seriously and always on the phone.

Angela(supervisor) - Doesn't do much work, mean, smiles from time to time

(Bed Area Staff)

Celeste - mean, doesn't want to help donors, barely cracks a smile, not very nice. But however, she can stick a vein on an ant, she is good at what she does.

Stacy - Kind hearted, soft spoken, very good at her job, long hair, always in good spirit.

Danielle - too much makeup, she can stick a vein though.

Alicia - She's ok

Ericka - Pretty good, smiles a lot

(management)

Theresa - military A**hole

Lauren - stuck up cajun A**hole

Jamika - a fat A**hole

We don't need your business due to a bad economy, so now we pay less, tough.:
10 wrong things about the business:
1. Long wait to donate. 5 to 8 hours, ridiculous!
2. Ms. Dee has left, so total chaos in bed area. New lead person appears to be very unfriendly and doesn't want to be there. Works hard, but does not know how to talk to people.
3. Female security guard does her job too well. Gung-ho. Treats customers like children and handle like a Gestapo camp. One customer asked to see the manager. The big lady, 5'9", over 300 pounds told the customer to "sit down or leave the facility". Wow, how about that for customer service.
4. Best employees are Sheila, Terry, and Chris. Most of the others simply don't seem to care for your business. Take it or leave it, we have plenty of donors, now that CSL has closed. What about when CSL reopens soon under new management. They even reduced the pay to customers when CSL closed last month. Wow!
5. Only competition is Biomat now. Biomat is run very professionally, but is being investigated by a civil rights organization for using zip codes to discriminate against Blacks. Rumor has it that, boycott and lawsuit is very possible soon.
6. Limited parking. So take your chances.
7. Not enough employees. Only Black ladies work the bed areas and management works the hell out of them. The white ladies say "hell no".
8. Unprofessional - Sign on door, states "close at 6 p.m. Hell, you had better get there before 5 p.m. It will be locked by guard with the personality of a snake.
9. Records are not kept in order. It is very disheartening to witness someone get a bed before you and you were there 2 hours earlier than that person. Wow!
10. I have been there for years, because I cannot go to Biomat, the best plasma center, due to my zip code and that "ain't right"; however, I hear CSL is coming back soon under new management, Biomat must serve all people and will change their policy soon, willfully or by force of the courts. So you be the judge. I cannot stay here where the employees give you the impression that they are doing you a favor and you are the one donating precious bodily fluids for $25.00 and they receive over one thousand dollars for it. Wow!

employee conduct:
i would like to complain highly about this location the employees are very unprofessional and take little pride in their work. it clearly says on the door that they close at 1pm on saturdays yet i was turned away at 12:10pm and when i showed her the door that read 1pm she said oh well sorry. either they need to correct the hours on the door or do their job
