What can I say about this company? Well, they are unbelievably rude and spiteful, they lie constantly about the status of orders, and continually "promise" that my order is "almost done" when they have not even begun the process to print my order. I have been waiting over a month for a very small order of t-shirts to be embroidered. When I was told, once again, they would be ready by the next business day, I asked to speak with a manager. The General Manager not only told me that their machines were, and had been broken, for quite some time but she continued to verbally curse me out for "harassing them" about my order. Needless to say, I have canceled my order and will not be darkening their doorway with my business ever again.
I caution everyone to stay away from this local business and seek more professional and courteous service elsewhere.
