MIDTOWN — Charlie Palmer is launching a new, more casual portion of Aureole called The Liberty Room. The space, which was formerly just the bar dining room of the restaurant, now serves its own menu of bar snacks like beef sirloin sliders and foie gras mousse, and dishes like duck casserole. The outdoor space next to the Liberty Room is now known as The Patio, and serves the same casual menu....
