Target Lounge

Dimly lit with comfy black sofas and tables stretching into the long, dark blue beyond, this designer lounge on the lower level of the Guthrie's skyway space attracts the smartly dressed, eclectic and mostly theater-going crowd. A horseshoe-shaped bar at one end is the only shining bright object, serving up tuna rolls, prawns and sophisticated raw bar offerings accompanied with spicy sauces to go with signature champagne cocktails like the Complex, (fresh raspberry puree and Grand Marnier).
