this company has the worst, rudest and denying customer service ever....I ordered a hot tub and it was 4-6 weeks delivery - I called to check status and was met with Kelly who works there who has a huge attitude and put the phone down on me.....then another telephone operator was rude to me..in the end the owner Mrs Tarson called and offered a refund of my deposit - denying again her staff were rude and out of line - this company will sut down itself....it is the WORST customer service and customer based company on plaet earth...these people are rude, defensive and could not give a 2 hoots about their customers - I would not buy a rubber duck from there people...I have spoken to other people and they ALL say the same AVOID Tarson Polls like the plague..I advise you to do the same
