“Plates that could stand in for works of art” are “inventive and delicious” at this Pacific NW Downtowner in the Seattle Art Museum, where the ingredients are seasonal and sustainable and the drinks menu is “patterned after the theme of the exhibit”; the only quibble is that “portions are, indeed, just a taste” but they’re delivered with “attentive service” in a room featuring rotating exhibits.
