Hi, I use a very out-dated machine, i bought a printer 5 years ago and have a bit of a attatchment to it, but seems like staples and office depot doesn't carry my inks anymore. Out to find a place that does, tried a place called INK GUY- do not go here they refilled my ink and leaked everywhere then instead of giving me my money back they wanted to give me store credit. NEVER USE INK GUY not to mention they don't know any english- THIS IS AMERICA so rude. Anyways found Techno Ink and their service was great, first walked in and said %^&* these guys aren't going to know english. sorry i was wrong they know ENGLISH SPANISH AND KOREAN. anyways gave them the model number Little dude walks goes to the back of the store and comes out with it. Took 10 mins of his time to explain why i should upgrade the machine and he even told me to but it from somewhere else if i wanted to, but i bought it from them. great service guys thanks.
