I received a plant arrangement on my birthday. The day after receiving the plant arrangement i called Ted & Debbie's and talked with Debbie. I asked her if i could exchange my plant arrangement for a plant that would be able to thrive in my home environment. Debbie would not let me exchange for any other plant because i had no receipt. On a final note, the plants had no directions on how to care for them or even what the name of the plants were. For the prices they charge they should at very least have care directions along with the plants you purchase. Because of this experience with Debbie i will not shop there and will recommend to anyone not to take their business to Ted & Debbie's. There are too many other places that care about the customer satisfaction.
