Completely Lied Too!!!:
Edwin from telesystems assured me over the phone that they could fix my Mitsubishi television no problem. Edwin told me that there would be a $60 charge to come out and take a look at it and that they would wave that charge upon fixing my set. I was told that it would take a week at the longest. 3 weeks went by, I called them and asked what was going on. They told me that they had the part in stock and would be fixing it soon. 2 more weeks went by and I did not here from them. I called them back and they said that it was on the bench right now. I did not hear from them for another 2 weeks. I called them back at least 5 times during buisness hours and got no response. One day I called 3 times in a row from my phone and got no answer, I used my friends phone and got an immedeate answer. This time they told me that they had the wrong part and should be getting a replacement today, Edwin assured me that he would get back to me personaly as soon as it was complete. I did not get a call back in another week. I finally got a hold of them again after 2 weeks of trying and left a message with another person for Edwin to call me back and that I demanded my Tv componets returned. Edwin called my phone and left a message stating that he would return my components less some shop charges, because they simply didnt make parts for my TV. My Tv is only a couple of years old and it is a very popular modle. How can these people really expect me to pay them "shop charges" when all they did is waste my time? I strongly suggest not using these people for ANYTHING!!!

Don't go here:
Well I wished I had read the other review before going here. They also have our t.v. and a nice charge on our credit card. My husband just went up there to try to get our t.v. back and amazingly no one can help him and when he asked for a refund was told we are breaking the contract so we won't get the money back. It was supposed to take a week and it's been over a month. When my husband showed up they were selling a t.v. to someone. Don't deal with these people!!!

TERRIBLE customer service and service:
Beware of using this business for ANY repair work. I used this business because Phillips/Magnavox recommended them! They picked up my television on 1/29/09 for repairs that were to take initially 1-1/2 weeks. They diagnosed the problem here at my home. (Mr. Herrera did this). Here it is 3/21/2009-going on 8 weeks-and I still do not have my television. I have called them numerous times, most times leaving a message as an answering machine comes on (during business hours). Rarely do they return calls. When I have gotten through, the receptionist(male) does not know anything about the work and says he will pass on the message to the owner Edwin Herrera. With all the phone calls I've made this past 2 months, Mr. Herrera has only called me twice and both times he had excuses about needing to test the set, etc.....just a run around and not able to give me an exact date of completion other than it will be another week.. And they have never called me on their own to give me an update. Something that was to take 1-1/2 weeks has turned into a nightmare. They require total payment when they pick up the TV so I have paid for services not rendered. My last call was 3/18/2009, and I left a message and as of 3/21/09, I still have not heard back from them. I have always called during business hours. I am now at the point that I feel the need to take other actions to protect myself as a consumer. I am going to file complaints with Phillips/Magnavox, the States Attorney General office, Better Businesss Bureau, and my bank. There are already many complaints about this company on line and at BBB. Knowing that now, I would never have called Telesystems Electronics in Everett, WA. but for the fact Phillips/Magnavox Coorporation recommended them in the beginning, I assumed they would be a good business to repair my TV. THIS BUSINESS IS TERRIBLE and it seems all they want is your money and then they treat you terribly and lie. I recommend anyone else that has had similiar experiences with this company to file complaints anywhere you can. At this point, I do not trust this business and since they have my $2000.00 television, I may also file a police report.
