I called and asked if someone could come out because my spa was blowing fuses. I expected someone to pull out a meter and start checking things but instead he said it's your controller and board, they need to be replaced. I thought wow you can come up with that just by looking at a blown fuse. He then said I can fix it for $995.00 If you want and told me how easy it was to install and left. I get a bill in the mail saying this was looked at. I called up and he said I had to pay the bill because the spa was diagnosed. I have bought product from them for three years and I will never go there again.
