horrible customer service:
extremely unprofessional. made numerous phone calls. had clear defined conversation which should've been documented on both ends. drove 2 hours to resolve. the conversation was switched resulting in loss money, mileage, etc... all of this is understandable and i wouldn't put it past me to have possibly heard the wrong thing. i admit the potential misunderstanding/misinterpretation. the customer service here is horrible and ill explain why. i call back to discuss this and it is a valid point that there may have been miscommunication. rather than simply saying that the OWNER of the company goes on to use the following language: "we have been in business since 1950" "maybe you should get your ears checked" "maybe you can't hear worth a s@!t" "maybe you arent smart enough" horrible customer service. unprofessional. would never use the company if i were you. and remember longevity doesnt mean your customer service is good.
