My experience has been exactly the opposite of Charlotte's. I reported a concern and promptly received a detailed and informative response. Their attention to my concern was all I could have asked for and more. I have taken my pets to Tender Touch for at least 7 years. One is a special needs cat who can present a treatment challenge.
